Eligibility

  1. contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to qualify for a replacement or refund. Kindly Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please include a photo of the damaged product along with your order number when reaching out to our customer service team at hello@saltybsyndicate.com.
  2. Incorrect Orders: In the event you receive the wrong item or your order is incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Provide a photo of the received item along with details of your order.
  3. Non-returnable Items: As our products are made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect items. Please make sure to double-check your size and customization options before placing your order.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at hello@saltybsyndicate.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and any supporting photos.
  2. Await Instructions: Once we review your request, we will respond with further instructions, which could include a prepaid return label or instructions for disposing of the defective product.
  3. Refunds and Replacements: Once the return is approved and processed, we will issue a replacement or refund to your original form of payment. Please allow 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not supported due to the custom nature of print-on-demand items. Instead, a replacement will be provided for any eligible returnable items.
